er.. living room ok only.. kitchen small.. then gt one room small.. toilet, average size.. floor is wood type de.. i dun really like actually.
but very convenient.. Giant is beside, and near future mrt..

this one is even nearer to the future mrt.. it's actually 4-room.. but the owner took da dining area and make it into another room.. i dun like.. firstly, cux it's first floor, secondly.. RENOVATION IS NEEDED!! and terribly i feel.. think cux is rent out for ppl to stay de..
then ar.. da Kitchen more cannot make it ar..i tell u.. tsk tsk..
and THIS IS DEFINITELY OUT OF DA CHOICE!!!

ahah.. i like this one.. cux at da back.. gt bus to sch.. bus stop infront gt bus to clementi and orchard.. and it's nearer to da market compared to da one i staying now..
and it's just one blk away from my uncle's house..
da living room also big.. rooms.. one can consider small..
then kitchen.. SMALL.. like xueling house de.. but this is smaller lo..
and da laundry area more jia lat.. so small..
but one thing.. it's very windy!!!
and this valuation is Higher than da one at Jelapang Road also.. 50,00 more lo..
