very tired!!

my sis pestering me to help her make her blog..
cux her friend's blog is very fanciful.

but the thing is..
now blogger has the new layout tab..
different from last time de template la.. the html code de..
i seriously dun knw how to put a nice blog skin from blogskins.com into it..
anybody.. wan teach me?
